Find Packing (findpacking.com) records packing videos on a seller’s own computer. This policy explains what we collect when you create an account and use the recorder, and how we use it.
Packing videos and label photos are recorded in the browser of the packing PC and saved only to a folder on that PC that you choose. They are never uploaded to our servers. The camera is used only while the recorder page is open.

Tracking numbers and order numbers may relate to your customers’ parcels, but we do not collect customer names, addresses, emails or phone numbers. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Recorder settings, a local recording list and the folder permission are kept in that browser. A packing-log.csv file is written next to the videos. You control and can delete these at any time.
We keep your account and recording list while your account is open. You can delete your account in Account › Delete account; this removes your account, sessions and the whole recording list from our database immediately. Videos on your PCs are not affected. Database backups held by our host roll over within 30 days.
The website, database and domain run on Cloudflare (Pages, D1 and DNS). The Pretendard font is loaded from the jsDelivr CDN. When paid plans open, payments will be handled by a payment provider named here, and we will never see your full card number.
You can see and change your data in your account, export your recording list, or ask us for a copy or deletion by email. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data-protection law, you may also complain to your local authority.
